  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Place the sliced potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
