- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the sliced potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the sliced potatoes for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once they are golden brown and crispy, remove the potatoes from the air fryer.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
