Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, then flip them and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot.
