  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground meat over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables, tomato paste, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Spread the meat mixture in a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
