- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth.
- Add the drained Rotel, chopped shrimp, and shredded crab meat to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
