- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and white wine, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
