A flavorful and zesty seafood boil sauce that enhances the taste of shrimp, crab, and other seafood.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- This sauce can be adjusted for heat by increasing or decreasing the cayenne pepper.
- Serve the sauce warm alongside your seafood boil for dipping.
