Deliciously juicy sausages cooked to perfection in an air fryer, making them crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 6 Sausages (Any type (pork, chicken, turkey, or plant-based))
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil (Optional, for extra crispiness)
  • to taste Seasoning (Salt, pepper, or your favorite spice blend)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. If desired, lightly coat the sausages with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
  3. Place the sausages in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
  4. Cook for 9-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sausages are browned and cooked through.
  5. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should read at least 160°F (71°C) for pork and 165°F (74°C) for chicken or turkey sausages.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
