Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- If desired, lightly coat the sausages with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Place the sausages in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Cook for 9-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sausages are browned and cooked through.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should read at least 160°F (71°C) for pork and 165°F (74°C) for chicken or turkey sausages.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
