Deliciously fudgy brownies topped with graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows, perfect for satisfying your s’mores cravings any time of year.

- 1/2 cup cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cup brown sugar
- 2 pieces large eggs
- 1 teaspoon teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cup mini marshmallows
- 2 pieces chocolate bars
- 1/2 cup cup graham cracker crumbs
- for topping pieces additional graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in both sugars until combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, stirring until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing it into an even layer.
- Break the chocolate bars into pieces and sprinkle half over the batter.
- Add a layer of mini marshmallows and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Spread the remaining brownie batter over the top and smooth it out.
- Top with the remaining chocolate pieces, more mini marshmallows, and additional graham cracker pieces.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool in the pan before lifting out and cutting into squares.
