Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cup brown sugar
  • 2 pieces large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 pieces chocolate bars
  • 1/2 cup cup graham cracker crumbs
  • for topping pieces additional graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in both sugars until combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing it into an even layer.
  7. Break the chocolate bars into pieces and sprinkle half over the batter.
  8. Add a layer of mini marshmallows and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  9. Spread the remaining brownie batter over the top and smooth it out.
  10. Top with the remaining chocolate pieces, more mini marshmallows, and additional graham cracker pieces.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  12. Let cool in the pan before lifting out and cutting into squares.
