Description
These S’mores Bars are a delicious and easy way to enjoy the classic campfire treat without the need for a fire. With layers of graham crackers, chocolate, and gooey marshmallows, these bars are perfect for any occasion.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top.
- Add the mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips.
- Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate is melted.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired, and allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can mix in some peanut butter chips.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
