This Roasted Grape and Brie Flatbread is a delightful combination of sweet roasted grapes, creamy brie cheese, and a crispy flatbread base, perfect for appetizers or a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread or naan
  • 1 cup grapes, washed and dried
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a baking sheet, spread the grapes in a single layer. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast the grapes in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
  4. While the grapes are roasting, prepare the flatbread. Place the flatbread on a separate baking sheet.
  5. Layer the sliced brie cheese evenly over the flatbread.
  6. Once the grapes are done roasting, remove them from the oven and scatter them over the brie cheese.
  7. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and honey over the flatbread.
  8. Return the flatbread to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
  10. Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme if desired, and serve warm.
