- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Top with Swiss cheese slices.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the sliders are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, cut into individual sliders, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings such as caramelized onions or jalapeños.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- You can substitute the Swiss cheese with provolone or cheddar if desired.
