- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 medium Banana
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and a splash of milk. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a glass, filling it about one-third of the way.
- Rinse the blender, then add the banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and a splash of milk. Blend until smooth.
- Gently pour the banana mixture over the strawberry layer, filling it about two-thirds of the way.
- Rinse the blender once more, then add the blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and a splash of milk. Blend until smooth.
- Carefully pour the blueberry mixture on top of the banana layer to create the final layer.
- Serve immediately, enjoying the beautiful layers of red, white, and blue!
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt and use almond milk or coconut milk.
