Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and a splash of milk. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the strawberry mixture into a glass, filling it about one-third of the way.
  3. Rinse the blender, then add the banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and a splash of milk. Blend until smooth.
  4. Gently pour the banana mixture over the strawberry layer, filling it about two-thirds of the way.
  5. Rinse the blender once more, then add the blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and a splash of milk. Blend until smooth.
  6. Carefully pour the blueberry mixture on top of the banana layer to create the final layer.
  7. Serve immediately, enjoying the beautiful layers of red, white, and blue!

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt and use almond milk or coconut milk.
