Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) red gelatin
  • 1 package (3 oz) blue gelatin
  • 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 cups (divided) water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the red gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Pour into a 9×9 inch dish and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  2. In another bowl, combine unflavored gelatin with 1/2 cup of cold water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then, add the sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup of boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Once the red layer is set, pour the white gelatin mixture over it and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  4. In a medium bowl, dissolve the blue gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
  5. Once the white layer is set, pour the blue gelatin over it. Refrigerate until fully set, about 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

  • Make sure each layer is fully set before adding the next to avoid mixing.
