- 1 package (3 oz) red gelatin
- 1 package (3 oz) blue gelatin
- 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4 cups (divided) water
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the red gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Pour into a 9×9 inch dish and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- In another bowl, combine unflavored gelatin with 1/2 cup of cold water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then, add the sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup of boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
- Once the red layer is set, pour the white gelatin mixture over it and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the blue gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
- Once the white layer is set, pour the blue gelatin over it. Refrigerate until fully set, about 2 hours or overnight.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
- Make sure each layer is fully set before adding the next to avoid mixing.
- For a fun twist, you can add fresh berries between layers for added flavor and texture.
