This refreshing Raspberry Lemon Iced Tea is the perfect drink for warm days. It combines the tartness of lemons with the sweetness of raspberries, making it a delightful beverage for any occasion.

- 4 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 lemon, sliced for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for about 5 minutes.
- In a blender, combine the raspberries and sugar. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
- In a large pitcher, combine the brewed tea, raspberry puree, and fresh lemon juice. Stir well.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar.
- Refrigerate the iced tea until chilled, about 1-2 hours.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, add more sugar to taste.
- You can also use raspberry syrup instead of fresh raspberries for convenience.
- This iced tea can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
