- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 150g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g sweetened condensed milk
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed digestive biscuits and melted butter. Mix until the biscuits are fully coated.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuit mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Press the biscuit mixture into the dish evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, remove from the fridge, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
- You can add nuts or dried fruits to the mixture for added texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
