A quick and easy lasagna recipe that can be prepared in under an hour.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles on top, followed by ricotta cheese, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layering two more times, finishing with meat sauce and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
- Use store-bought marinara for quicker preparation.
