Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers.
  3. Add cooked quinoa to the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle feta cheese over the top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
