- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and milk. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese gradually, stirring constantly until melted and combined.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined and heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve warm with tortilla chips.
