  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
  4. Place the pork shoulder in a roasting pan and cover it tightly with foil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 4 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily pulls apart.
  6. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  7. Shred the pork using two forks, then mix in the barbecue sauce.
  8. To assemble the sliders, place a generous amount of pulled pork on each slider bun and top with coleslaw.
