Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, beaten egg, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape each piece into a bagel.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with honey (if using) and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
