Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then divide into 4 equal pieces.
- Shape each piece into a bagel and make a hole in the center.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with toppings if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
