- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Score the skin of the pork belly in a crosshatch pattern.
- Rub the pork belly with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the pork belly in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
