- 6 Fresh peaches
- 1/2 Granulated sugar
- 1 All-purpose flour
- 1 Cinnamon
- 1 Rolled oats
- 1/2 Brown sugar
- 1/2 Unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Toss gently to coat the peaches evenly.
- Transfer the peach mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Spread the oat mixture evenly over the peaches in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream!
