These Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats are a quick and delicious breakfast option, combining the flavors of peach cobbler with the convenience of overnight oats.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup peaches, diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir in the diced peaches until well mixed.
  3. Divide the mixture into jars or airtight containers.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  5. In the morning, give the oats a good stir, and enjoy cold or warmed up, topped with additional peach slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
