These Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats are a quick and delicious breakfast option, combining the flavors of peach cobbler with the convenience of overnight oats.

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup peaches, diced
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir in the diced peaches until well mixed.
- Divide the mixture into jars or airtight containers.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir, and enjoy cold or warmed up, topped with additional peach slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute fresh peaches with frozen or canned peaches if not in season.
- These oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
