  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and reaches a custard-like consistency, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any solids.
  6. Pour the passion fruit curd into the pre-made tart crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until set.
  8. Let the tart cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
  9. Serve chilled, and enjoy your passion fruit curd tart!
