Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Fold in mixed berries gently.
- Transfer the mixture into individual jars or a container with a lid.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if desired. Top with additional berries before serving.

- Feel free to use any berries you like or have on hand.
