- 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the BBQ sauce over the top, ensuring it is well-coated.
