- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Butter or oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for serving

- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little butter or oil to coat the surface.
- Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.
- Carefully place the soaked sandwiches onto the hot skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and serving with fresh berries if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of maple syrup to the egg mixture.
- Feel free to use any bread of your choice, but thicker slices work best for stuffing.
- Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
