Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of yogurt (vanilla or fruit-flavored)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
  4. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the graham cracker mixture, followed by a layer of yogurt, and then a layer of whipped cream.
  5. Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the whipped cream.
  6. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass.
  7. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream, a few berries, and a mint leaf for garnish.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.
