Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
