Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint candies or nuts if using.
- Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Press the mixture firmly into the lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, remove from the dish and cut into squares or bars.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
