Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Add the soy sauce mixture and water to the skillet.
- Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in green onions and remove from heat.
Notes
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the brown sugar.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
