- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound octopus, cleaned and cooked
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, octopus, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together lime juice, ketchup, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the seafood mixture and toss to combine.
- Gently fold in the diced avocado.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve in individual cups or bowls with tortilla chips on the side.
Notes
- You can substitute other seafood like crab or scallops based on your preference.
