- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Rub the ribs with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, coating them evenly.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a smokier flavor, add wood chips to your grill.
- Feel free to customize the barbecue sauce to your liking, adding honey, mustard, or hot sauce for different flavors.
