- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini recommended)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced

- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine, making sure all ingredients are coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
