- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red bell pepper, black olives, red onion, feta cheese, and parsley.
