- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Vegetables for skewering (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto the skewers alternately.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve hot with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
