Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 package (16 oz) pound cake, cut into cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it set for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large trifle dish or individual glasses, layer half of the pound cake cubes at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of half of the prepared vanilla pudding over the cake.
  4. Next, layer half of the mixed berries on top of the pudding.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining pound cake, pudding, and berries.
  6. Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  7. Chill the trifle in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
