- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 package (16 oz) pound cake, cut into cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it set for about 5 minutes.
- In a large trifle dish or individual glasses, layer half of the pound cake cubes at the bottom.
- Add a layer of half of the prepared vanilla pudding over the cake.
- Next, layer half of the mixed berries on top of the pudding.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pound cake, pudding, and berries.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Chill the trifle in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
