- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces and BBQ sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Thread the chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating ingredients as you go.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
