Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix rice, black beans, corn, bell peppers, cumin, and chili powder.
- Lay tortillas flat and divide the mixture evenly among them.
- Add cheese and salsa on top of the filling.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form burritos.
- Wrap burritos in foil or plastic wrap for storage.
