- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
