- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 mango
- 1 habanero pepper
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic

- to taste black pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 cups rice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, lime juice, habanero pepper, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, diced mango, shrimp, and top with chopped cilantro.
