- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup Mango, diced
- 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract (if using).
- Stir well until the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until it thickens.
- Once the chia pudding has set, stir well and divide it into serving bowls.
- Top each serving with diced mango.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey or maple syrup.
