- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
