- 2 lobster tails (Thawed if frozen)
- 4 tablespoons butter (Melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (Minced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (Freshly squeezed)

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise to expose the meat, but do not cut all the way through.
- Gently pull the meat out of the shell and lay it on top, making sure it stays attached at the base.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, meat side up.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
