Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

  • 4 split-top hot dog buns
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  3. Place the split-top buns in the skillet and toast them until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Once the buns are toasted, remove them from the skillet and place a lettuce leaf inside each bun.
  5. Spoon the lobster mixture into the buns generously.

Notes
