A delicious and easy lobster roll recipe that captures the essence of summer with fresh lobster meat, a light dressing, and a buttery bun.

- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 split-top hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Place the split-top buns in the skillet and toast them until golden brown on both sides.
- Once the buns are toasted, remove them from the skillet and place a lettuce leaf inside each bun.
- Spoon the lobster mixture into the buns generously.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your classic lobster rolls!
Notes
- For an extra kick, add a pinch of Old Bay seasoning to the lobster mixture.
- You can use either fresh or frozen lobster meat, just make sure it’s fully thawed if frozen.
