- 8 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta
- 2 lobster tails, cooked and meat removed, chopped
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the chopped lobster meat to the sauce and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water to reach desired consistency.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
