  • 2 lobster tails, cooked and meat removed, chopped

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Add the chopped lobster meat to the sauce and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water to reach desired consistency.
