Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
  2. In serving glasses or bowls, layer fresh berries at the bottom.
  3. Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture over the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving.
