- 2 cups Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- a few sprigs Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer fresh berries at the bottom.
- Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving.
