This Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon is a delicious and healthy dish that’s perfect for summer grilling. The salmon is marinated in a zesty lemon herb mixture, then grilled to perfection.

- 4 salmon fillets, skinless
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Remove salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Serve with lemon wedges and fresh herbs for garnish.
