This Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon is a delicious and healthy dish that’s perfect for summer grilling. The salmon is marinated in a zesty lemon herb mixture, then grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, skinless
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Remove salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
